Inspire EHC is a education recruitment agency based in East Anglia. We are proud to be supporting a fantastic mainstream primary school in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire who is looking for additional Learning Support Assistants (LSA). Our client is looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with experience in both 1:1 and group support in Cambridge.

Learning Support AssistantResponsibilities:

  • Provide support with their learning.

  • Provide support with the pupil’s emotional wellbeing.

  • Working closely with parents, carers, and other staff to ensure pupils maintain engagement.

  • Work with the whole school to ensure pupils settle back into school.

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or group set up.

Learning Support AssistantRequirements:

  • Be committed to striving to ensure every pupil receives a platform to an education.

  • Behaviour management training would be an advantage.

  • Experience in supporting learners with SEND would be an advantage.

  • Supporting teaching and learning certificates

  • Approachable and have the much needed attributes to engage with learners of varied abilities and needs.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or certificate printed within the last 12 months
