Inspire EHC is an education agency that is proud to support Special Education settings across the UK. We are incredibly proud to be supporting Special Education settings and are always looking for the best talent in the sector.

We are currently working with a fantastic all through Special School near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire who are looking for additional Learning Support Assistants (LSA). Our partner school is a special school (SEN School) that caters for young people with Autism.

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to learners aged 5-19 within an SEN School.

  • Experience in working with young people with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities

  • Experience in working with young people with Autism.

  • Work in partnership with, peers, parents, carers to ensure the best possible platform is given

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Requirements:

  • Be committed to striving for the best outcome for the young people you work with

  • Team Teach / StepOn Training or willingness to obtain.

  • Eagerness to work in SEND.

  • Supporting teaching and learning certificates

  • Supporting young people or adults with SEND

  • Approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with learner within the settings
