​Inspire EHC is an education agency based in East Anglia that supports SEN Schools throughout Cambridgeshire.

We are proud to be supporting an SEN School that caters for learners aged 11 – 19. The SEN School are looking for additional SEN Instructors / Un Qualified Teachers with experience of working with learners with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH). The successful SEN Instructors / Un Qualified Teachers will be working with the learners in the Cambridgeshire SEN School.

SEN Instructors / Un Qualified Teachers Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver engaging lessons to pupils with SEMH needs aged 11 -19.

  • Confident in your approach 

  • Communicate with parents, carer, and other staff members around monitoring pupils progress both academically and emotionally. 

  • Supporting learners with their education and emotional needs 

  • Helping the school ensure that an inclusive education is available for all learners.

  • Be able to cover a range of subjects both in a classroom and in the outdoors.

SEN Instructors / Un Qualified Teachers Applicant Requirements:

  • Have experience working with learners aged 11 – 19 in an SEN Setting advantageous 

  • Certificates or relevant experience supporting learners with SEN.

  • The successful UQT will be a passionate educator that believes in giving every pupil the best possible education.

  • Available to start on 12th April 2021.
