Inspire EHC is an education recruitment agency that supports SEN Schools, Alternative Provision, Pupil Referral Units, Primary Schools and Secondary Schools across East Anglia.

We are currently working with a fantastic Primary School in Cambridge that is looking for a Teaching Assistant/Nursery Assistant. The Teaching Assistant will be a split based role across their Nursery Room in the morning with their 2-3 year olds followed 1:1 support with a 4 year old learner with undiagnosed needs.


Teaching Assistant / Nursery Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting young people aged between 2-5

  • Supporting learners with undiagnosed needs

  • Working with class teacher to ensure learning and emotional needs are met.

  • Supporting teaching and learning

Teaching Assistant / Nursery Assistant Requirements:

  • Experience of working with and supporting young people either in a nursery or primary school.

  • Be able to communicate with school staff, parents, and carers.

  • Certificates in supporting teaching and learning would be an advantage.

  • Available 5 days a week
