Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are looking for dedicated and caring SEN Support Workers to join our vibrant team at a lovely primary and secondary special school near Radlett, Hertfordshire.
About the Role:
As an SEN Support Worker, you will work closely with pupils with diverse needs, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. Your patience, enthusiasm, and compassion will be essential in creating a positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

The Ideal SEN Support Worker:
- Enthusiastic and nurturing with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
 - Experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
 - Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
 - Patient, flexible, and resilient
 - Commutable to Radlett, Hertfordshire
