About the Role

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher ready to make a real difference in North Hertfordshire? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive outreach provision, working with primary-aged pupils who have undiagnosed needs, SEMH, and EBD.

The Role

  • Deliver 15 hours per week as SEN Teacher, providing tailored one-to-one and small group support
  • Help pupils re-engage with learning through personalised, pupil-specific plans
  • Work within an outreach setting based in and around North Hertfordshire
  • Plan and deliver education alongside emotional support
  • Keep safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at the forefront of everything you do

What You'll Bring

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
  • Experience supporting primary-aged learners with SEMH or EBD needs
  • Recognised de-escalation training (or a willingness to obtain it)
  • Comfortable travelling to a rural location near North Hertfordshire
  • Right to Work in the UK is essential for all applicants
