What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with additional or complex needs

  • A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Health and Social Care Level 2/3 or TA qualifications) are desirable but not essential

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
