We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic SEN school near Guildford, Surrey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and well-being of students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

 

Position Details:

  • Location: Near Guildford, Surrey 
  • Hours: Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm Friday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
  • Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
  • Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm
  • Own transport required due to remote location

We are supporting a specialist independent SEN day school that provides a highly tailored learning environment for children and young people aged 6 to 19. The school supports learners with a range of needs including Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), Autism, ADHD, and associated challenges. Many pupils also have complex medical needs, sensory processing difficulties, and physical impairments, requiring a calm, structured, and highly individualised approach.
