Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 FTE (Equivalent Temporary Rate: £123 - £140 per day PAYE inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

Inspire EHC are proud to be supporting a specialist SEMH school in King's Lynn with their search for a School Admin and Examination Officer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school administrator to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking setting that provides specialist education and therapeutic support for children and young people aged 5–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As the School Admin and Examination Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an effective administrative service to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, carers and external professionals, whilst coordinating all examination administration across the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality administrative support across the school

• Managing student records, attendance and admissions administration

• Coordinating examination entries, timetables and invigilation arrangements

• Maintaining confidential records and compliance documentation

• Supporting safeguarding and wider school procedures

• Liaising with parents, carers and external agencies

• Supporting school leaders with reporting and operational administration

• Contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the school office

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience within a school administration role

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems

• Exceptional attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy environment

• A proactive, professional and solution-focused approach
