Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will: Build positive relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and independence. Support learning both in the classroom and through individual activities. Help students regulate their emotions and engage positively throughout the school day. Assist with behaviour support and promote a calm, inclusive learning environment. Celebrate each student's progress, no matter how big or small.
