Are you a Level 3 Support Worker looking for a role within a Special School? We are currently proud to be supporting our partner Residential SEN School through their current expansion plans. Our partner SEN School is looking to recruit additional Senior Support Workers to support their learners with Complex Needs in either their Primary or Secondary side.

Senior Support Worker Responsibilities:

  • Support learners with Complex Needs

  • Chaperone learners to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips to the zoo

  • Work in a setting where safeguarding is at the forefront

  • Complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.

  • Empower vulnerable young people to be happy and to make their way in the world

Senior Support Worker Applicant Requirements:

  • Desirable experience in supporting young or adults learners with Complex Needs

  • Team Teacher/MAPA (or similar) trained

  • QCF level 3 in Residential Childcare

  • Passionate about supporting young people with Complex Needs

  • Average 40 hours per week (1300-2100 weekday term time. 0900-2100 weekend and non-term time)
