This week I had the pleasure in chatting to Shiraz Khan who is a Headteacher of a Voluntary Aided, Local Authority, community Primary School in Brent. Shiraz’s career has taken him to varied educational settings which has given him a fantastic amount of experience with a diverse range of young people.
In my first conversation with Shiraz the thing that really made me interested to chat to him further was his passion for understanding our why. We both share the view that it is so important to understand our why and how empowering it can be.
Shiraz is using his professional experience and his why to ensure all the young people and staff within his school achieve the best possible education and start in life.
Shiraz’s passion and drive around education and inclusion is something I applaud and feel is so important in today’s world.
