Find a Role That Makes a Real Difference

Whether you're supporting children with SEND in a school or adults with learning disabilities in a care setting, Inspire EHC connects you with roles that match your skills, values, and ambitions,  across education and health & social care throughout England.

Why Register with Inspire EHC?

  • Specialist consultants who know SEND, learning disabilities, and mental health, not generalists reading from a script
  • Personalised matching to roles that fit your experience, preferences, and career goals
  • Exclusive vacancies across residential services, schools, alternative provisions, and community health settings
  • Compliance made easy we guide you through DBS checks, safeguarding requirements, and referencing from start to finish.

We Go Beyond the Job Board

We don't just match CVs to vacancies. Before recommending any placement, our consultants assess the environment, culture, team dynamics, and management style to make sure it's right for you long-term. That means fewer surprises, less burnout, and roles you'll actually want to stay in.

Our consultants specialise across:

  • Special educational needs (SEND) and SEMH education settings
  • Learning disability and autism services
  • Mental health and complex needs care
  • Residential, supported living, and community health

How It Works

Step 1 — Register online. Submit your CV and details to join our candidate database instantly.

Step 2 — Complete compliance checks. We'll guide you through DBS, references, and any required documentation. We manage the admin so you don't have to.

Step 3 — Speak to a specialist. Your dedicated consultant will discuss your goals, salary expectations, and preferred locations before putting you forward for anything.

Vetting typically takes 3–5 days. Once cleared, you can start work immediately.

Common Questions

What qualifications do I need?
It depends on the role. Teaching roles typically require QTS or a Level 2/3 TA qualification. Care Certificates or Level 2 or 3 in Care are often required in Health and Social Care. Roles often value experience with autism, learning disabilities, SEMH, or complex needs just as highly as formal qualifications. If you're transitioning from another sector, talk to us; transferable skills count.

Is there a fee?
No. Our service is completely free for job seekers. We're paid by the employers we place you with.

How quickly can I start?
Most candidates are work-ready within 3–5 days of completing compliance. We fast-track the process wherever we can.
