About the Role
Position: Administrator
Location: Hybrid (Work from Home & Office)
Hours:
- School Term Time: 09:00 – 15:00
- School Holidays: 3 hours per day (flexible timing)

Administrator Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our operations with pre-employment checks, social media and website updates, ensuring smooth and safe processes in line with our child protection policies.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all pre-employment checks in accordance with "Keeping Children Safe in Education" guidelines
- Manage and update content on our website
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with child safeguarding procedures (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
