SEN Teacher - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire

Location: Cambourne, Cambridgeshire
Position: SEN Teacher
Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: £25.00 - £35.00 per hour

Inspire EHC is currently looking to add to our team of SEN Teachers in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. We are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher who can provide education to one of our primary aged learners has been taken out of their previous setting. 

SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-engage primary learners back into education
  • Prioritise safeguarding and ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable learners
  • Create a safe and secure environment for each pupil
  • Develop and follow personalised learning and emotional support plans
  • Plan and deliver tailored educational sessions in outreach settings
  • Monitor, record, and share pupil progress with relevant stakeholders
  • Commute to Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, Mon - Fri 09:00 - 12:00.

SEN Teacher Requirements:

  • Experience supporting primary-aged learners
  • Recognised de-escalation training or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience working with children with SEMH, EBD, or undiagnosed needs
  • Access to transport due to the rural location near Cambourne, Cambridgeshire
