The Role – you will:

Take a lead role in supporting students with complex SEN and mental health needs, providing consistency, structure and emotional regulation during challenging moments.

Work closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team to support planning, delivery and adaptation of learning activities.

Contribute to behaviour support strategies, risk management and safeguarding practices to ensure student wellbeing is always prioritised.

Provide targeted academic, emotional and pastoral support to individuals and small groups.

Support students across a range of educational stages, helping them progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Act as a positive role model, promoting independence, resilience and confidence in young people.
