We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team at a fantastic SEN school near Godalming, Surrey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and well-being of students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

The Role - SEN Support Worker

As a SEN Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide compassionate support to students with complex mental health needs, offering them a steady hand through challenging moments.
  • Work alongside our supportive school community to ensure safeguarding and care remain at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Offer emotional guidance and encouragement to help young people navigate their unique educational and personal journeys.
