We are recruiting experienced SEN Education Support Staff in Norwich to join our books for ongoing contract work across schools and residential settings. These roles offer consistency and continuity and are not day-to-day supply positions. If you are a Learning Support Assistant/ SEN Teaching Assistant or a SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant we would love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate SEN professionals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs in the Norwich area (other areas in Norfolk also available).

About the SEN Education Support Role:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable professionals who value consistency and relationship-building

  • Ability to work across Norwich and surrounding areas

This role is ideal for a teacher with expertise in ASD, early developmental learning, sensory‑based teaching, pre‑verbal communication, and the Engagement Model. The SEND Hub supports children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 with autism and complex communication needs. The provision follows a carefully structured, multi‑sensory curriculum designed specifically to support pupils with significant developmental and communication differences. About the Specialist SEND Hub The SEND Hub is a dedicated specialist environment within the school, supporting up to 20 pupils across EYFS to KS2.
