We’re looking for warm, positive SEN Support Assistant's to join a fantastic specialist school near Leatherhead, Surrey.

You’ll be part of a caring team who put wellbeing first and create a safe, nurturing space for students with complex needs to flourish.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day emotional and learning support
  • Help students overcome challenges and celebrate their wins
  • Build trusting relationships with learners who need consistency
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to support personalised plans

  • Great at building rapport and listening
  • SEN experience is helpful, but we value attitude most!
