Position: HLTA Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Hours: Commit to Mon & Fri 09:00 - 12:00 or 12:00 - 15:00 Salary: £20.00 - £30.00 Are you an experienced HLTA looking for part time work in and around Cambridge, Cambridgeshire? We are looking for a part time HLTA to work with primary aged learners in their Primary School. We are looking for an engaging SEN Specialist with experience in educating young learners with undiagnosed needs. HLTA Responsibilities: Ensure safeguarding around are young vulnerable learners is at the forefront Making sure our young learners feel safe and secure Support our learners access to the best possible education in their schools Ensure pupil progress is recorded and shared with the necessary individuals Commute to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Commit to Mon & Fri 09:00 - 12:00 or 12:00 - 15:00 HLTA Requirements: Experience in supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 learners Recognised De-escalation Training or willingness to obtain Experience working with children with Autism, Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and communication needs. Experience working with young learners with undiagnosed needs Must have access to own transport due to rural location.
