About the Role
SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (Term Time Only)
Are you committed to supporting children and young people with special educational needs? We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to become part of a welcoming primary and secondary special school located near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
The Role:
In this rewarding position, you will provide personalised support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. Working alongside experienced teaching staff, you will play a key role in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every learner is encouraged to succeed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is caring, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and young people

Has experience working with SEN (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and resilience
