Key Responsibilities Develop and implement personalised learning programmes in line with students' specific needs. Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pupil progress and behaviour. Promote positive behaviour and social skills within the classroom setting.
