About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to provide structured, individualised support tailored to each pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). You will help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, using a calm and consistent approach to encourage engagement and independence.
