About the Role
Join Our Tutor Talent Pool – Luton (Opportunities from Summer Term / September 2026)
Inspire EHC is building a network of passionate and skilled Tutors to support primary-aged children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Luton.
While roles will be available from the Summer Term and into September 2026, we are keen to connect with tutors now so we can offer opportunities as soon as they arise.
We provide high-quality 1:1 education for learners whose needs are not fully met in traditional school settings. Our tutors deliver engaging, structured, and personalised sessions that help pupils re-engage with learning and rebuild confidence.
At Inspire EHC, we take a nurturing, therapeutic approach. As a tutor, you will create bespoke learning plans, provide consistent support, and help each learner make meaningful progress—working towards reintegration into education where possible.
Tuition will typically takes place on a part-time basis during school hours (Monday to Friday) across Luton. You’ll work closely with our team and provide regular feedback to track progress and ensure every pupil receives the highest level of support.
If you’re interested in future opportunities and would like to be considered as roles become available, we’d love to hear from you.
