SEN Teaching Assistant - Near Horsham, West Sussex We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded specialist school located near Horsham, West Sussex. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a nurturing and structured setting, helping them grow both academically and personally. Location: Near Horsham, West Sussex Hours: Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm Friday: 8:30am – 3:45pm Salary: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm Own transport is essential due to the school’s rural setting The Role: Support students with a range of complex mental health and additional needs, providing consistency and reassurance throughout the school day. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Encourage and guide pupils in managing their emotions and engaging positively with their learning. Assist learners across different key stages, helping them build confidence and achieve meaningful progress.
