Help prepare resources and contribute to achieving learning objectives, with a strong focus on behaviour management. Provide daily feedback on learners’ progress and identify barriers to learning. Work closely with parents and carers to support each learner’s development. SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: A genuine passion for helping students with SEND thrive. Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a SEND setting (desirable but not essential). Strong English and Maths skills. Full-UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
