What You'll Be Doing As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will provide practical, emotional and educational support to help pupils get the most from their school day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing dedicated 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with personalised learning programmes and activities Encouraging communication, interaction and social development Helping pupils manage their emotions and develop positive behaviours Supporting pupils during weekly swimming sessions Creating a calm, safe and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued Working closely with teachers and other members of the support team Encouraging independence and celebrating pupils' individual achievements What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates who are caring, patient and resilient, with a genuine desire to support children and young people with SEND.
