About the Role
  • Supported Living Worker – supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and additional needs in daily living, independence, and social activities
  • Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 p/hr (depending on experience)
  • Location: Near Guildford
  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, alternate weekends; part-time considered

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Joining in on activities like gym sessions, nature walks, and trips
  • Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
  • Being a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you
  • No two days are the same - from shopping trips and cooking meals to college visits and seaside adventures, you’ll be part of it all!
  • Be part of something bigger - you’ll be part of a caring team that’s passionate about inclusion, respect and empowerment
