Key Responsibilities:

  • Support primary school pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Assist in preparing engaging and inclusive learning resources.
  • Track and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
