Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant Location: Great Bookham, Surrey Salary: £13.80 – £15.80 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Contract Type: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (term-time only) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Support primary-aged pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families Assist in creating engaging and inclusive learning resources Track and report pupil progress and behaviour Requirements: A genuine interest in working with children and supporting those with SEN Patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn on the job Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide references Experience with children (e.g. volunteering, community roles, or parenting) is beneficial but not essential Why Work with Inspire EHC?
