Secondary Teacher – Alternative Provision & 1:1 Tuition (Cambridgeshire) Start Date: September 2026 We are looking for Secondary Teachers to deliver individualised learning programmes for learners unable to access mainstream education due to Autism, SEMH, EBSA or complex needs. What You’ll Do as a Secondary Teacher Teach KS3/KS4 using flexible, creative approaches Plan accessible lessons tailored to each learner Build strong, trusting relationships Work closely with Inspire EHC and partner schools Commute to locations throughout Cambridgeshire Support our learners either on 10 or 15-hour contracts throughout Cambridgeshire As a Secondary Teacher, You Will Bring QTS or strong Secondary teaching experience Trauma‑informed practice Flexibility and resilience Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS required.
