  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes for every pupil.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a Primary setting.
  • An interest, qualification, or experience within Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design, Construction, Resistant Materials, Food Technology, Textiles, or other practical disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEND.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a specialist SEND school.
  • Experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
  • Additional SEND training or qualifications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
