Your Role:

As a SEN Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide compassionate support to students with complex mental health needs, offering them a steady hand through challenging moments.
  • Work alongside our supportive school community to ensure safeguarding and care remain at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Offer emotional guidance and encouragement to help young people navigate their unique educational and personal journeys.
  • Assist students across various educational levels, celebrating their achievements and helping them reach their highest potential.
