What We’re Looking For: GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent). Experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD or additional learning needs. A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable. A patient, understanding and adaptable approach to learning support. Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour strategies. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
