We are looking for a part time SEN Tutor to work with a primary aged pupil. We are seeking an engaging SEN Tutor with experience in educating young learners with undiagnosed needs. Home Tutor Responsibilities: To re-engage our primary learners back into education Ensure safeguarding around our young, vulnerable learners is at the forefront Making sure our young learners feel safe and secure Provide our learners with the best possible platform for education Create and follow a pupil-specific plan Plan and deliver education and emotional support in outreach provision Ensure pupil progress is recorded and shared with the necessary individuals Home Tutor Requirements: Experience in supporting primary learners Recognised De-escalation Training or willingness to obtain Experience working with children who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Experience working with young learners with undiagnosed needs Travel to a rural location near Soham, Cambridgeshire. SEN Support Staff – Cambridgeshire Location: Cambridgeshire Position: SEN Support Staff Hours: Monday – Friday Salary: £15 - £20 p/hr, dependent on experience Contract: Ongoing We are currently looking for several additional SEN Support Staff to support primary-aged learners who are currently out of education or transitioning into a new setting. To support our learners with needs such as Autism, Emotional School-Based Avoidance (ESBA), Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and/or undiagnosed needs, you must have prior experience or a transferrable understanding. We are looking for staff who can work in and around Cambridgeshire who at times will need to have transport due to rural locations. We have a mix of full-time and part-time contracts available throughout Cambridgeshire for the right SEN Support Staff who share our approach to every young person accessing the correct support and education.
