Pay: £13.80 – £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are working with a fun, nurturing and highly specialist school near Attleborough, Norfolk, which supports children and young people aged 5 - 16 with communication needs, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. 🌟 The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, guided by experienced teachers and therapists

  • Help implement individual communication and behaviour plans

  • Assist in a range of indoor and outdoor learning activities, including forest school sessions

  • Foster positive relationships built on trust, empathy and patience

  • Be part of a team making a genuine difference every day


✅ You’ll Need:

  • A calm, caring and resilient approach

  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and SEMH

  • Experience in SEN (preferred but not essential – full training available)

  • Your own transport, as the school is in a beautiful rural location not accessible by public transport

  • A willingness to be active, creative and hands-on
