You’ll support students one-to-one and in small groups (class sizes range from 4–10), helping them access learning, build life skills, and reach their potential in a supportive, therapy-led environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily routines, therapy sessions, and educational activities.

  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction.

  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to meet individual learning goals.

What We’re Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • A caring, empathetic individual who is passionate about helping young people thrive.

  • Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential, your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of each pupil.

  • Ability to commute reliably to Near Cranleigh, Surrey.

What’s on Offer for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • A warm and welcoming team who will support you from day one.

  • Comprehensive training and access to over 20 free CPD courses to support your professional growth.

  • A long-term or temp-to-perm opportunity in a rewarding, purpose-driven role.

  • The chance to genuinely change lives every single day.

Located in the heart of the beautiful Surrey countryside, the school is known for its therapeutic, person-centred approach and inclusive ethos. Classes are grouped by ability and social need rather than age, with personalised timetables and multi-sensory teaching strategies embedded throughout the day.

If you’re ready to begin a fulfilling journey as a SEN Teaching Assistant and want to be part of a school that values every member of staff, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding new role in Cranleigh, Surrey.
