About the Role: Nurture and Behaviour Support Mentor We are looking for a compassionate and resilient support professional to work with young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and a range of additional learning challenges. What We’re Looking For: GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or equivalent). Experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD or additional learning needs. A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable. A patient, understanding and adaptable approach to learning support. Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour strategies. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
