Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Maintain thorough records, contribute to reviews, and participate in team meetings. Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment that supports communication, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For We would love to hear from you if you have: QTS (or very strong SEN experience - teaching qualifications outside mainstream will also be considered). Experience supporting pupils with autism, communication differences, and behavioural challenges. Knowledge of autism‑specific pedagogy and an enthusiasm for creative, child‑centred teaching.
