We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Inclusive Learning Practitioner to join a dedicated and nurturing educational setting in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. As an Inclusive Learning Practitioner, you will help learners rebuild confidence, develop trust, and re-engage with education in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for learners with trauma backgrounds or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Use trauma-informed approaches to build trust and promote emotional regulation. Support classroom learning by adapting materials and strategies to individual needs.
