What We’re Looking For You might have worked in education, childcare, health & social care, youth work, or another people-focused role – if you have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, we want to hear from you. You’ll also bring: A caring and proactive attitude. Some experience of working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential). GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
