 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 3.15pm (with weekly training & team meetings)
Contract: Term time only, 31.5 hours per week (part-time considered)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to access learning.

  • Helping to deliver creative, tailored learning activities.

  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver holistic support.

  • Taking part in training and school development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
You might have worked in education, childcare, health & social care, youth work, or another people-focused role – if you have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, we want to hear from you.

You’ll also bring:

  • A caring and proactive attitude.

  • Some experience of working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential).

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

  • Team spirit, patience, and good communication skills.

  • A willingness to learn and grow through training and CPD.
