Tutor - Secondary
Meet Our Recruiter
About the Role
Inspire EHC is looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Tutors to support secondary‑aged young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We provide tailored 1:1 education for learners who are unable to thrive in mainstream school environments, and we are seeking tutors who can deliver purposeful, engaging sessions that meet older students where they are.
Our approach centres on building trust, rebuilding confidence, and helping young people re‑connect with their learning. You will design and deliver individualised programmes that reflect secondary curriculum expectations and the learner’s personal goals—whether that’s re‑entry into a school setting, preparation for exams, or developing core life and study skills.
Tuition takes place during school hours, Monday to Friday, in various community locations or within the learner’s home across Cambridgeshire. You will work closely with the Inspire EHC team and complete concise weekly reports to ensure progress is monitored and support remains consistent.
