Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher:

SEN Teacher Skills & Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS – ECTs are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with SEN learners and managing EHCPs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and classroom adaptations.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
  • A creative, adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
  • Must be able to commute to Enfield, North London.
