The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a student with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and guidance necessary to thrive in their academic journey.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, you will work closely with the student, teachers, and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that caters to the student's unique requirements.
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) key responsibilities of the role include:
Providing one-to-one support to the assigned student throughout the school day, adapting to their specific needs and learning style
Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans and strategies that promote the student's academic, social, and emotional development
Encouraging the student's independence and self-esteem through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback
