Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and evaluate lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEMH and associated learning needs. Provide a consistent and calm classroom environment where routines and boundaries support emotional regulation. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to develop holistic support plans. Assess and track pupil progress in academic, social and emotional development. Contribute to EHCP reviews, care plans and safeguarding documentation. Promote positive behaviour through restorative practice and a trauma-informed approach.
