Many students are on the autistic spectrum. About the Role As a Bank SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and in whole class settings. Your role will be varied and rewarding, helping pupils access their learning, develop confidence, and engage fully with school life. Flexibility, patience, and empathy are essential as you adapt to the needs of different students each day.
