The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and supported.
Assist in delivering creative, individualised lessons tailored to a range of needs.
Provide 1:1 and small group support, focusing on communication, sensory integration, and emotional regulation.
Promote independence and encourage positive behaviour.
Support with personal care, physiotherapy, and other individual needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people with ASD, PMLD, or SLD.

About the Role
