As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, guided by experienced teachers and therapists
Help implement individual communication and behaviour plans
Assist in a range of indoor and outdoor learning activities, including forest school sessions

Join our partner school near Attleborough, Norfolk, as a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting children aged 6 to 11 with communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, or anxiety-related barriers to learning. You’ll work alongside the class teacher and therapy teams to create a nurturing, enabling environment where every child can thrive both socially and academically.
With small classes (typically 7 children) and at least 3 staff members per class, you’ll have the time and support to focus on each learner’s individual needs. A full on-site clinical team is available to provide professional guidance and ensure a holistic approach to every child’s development.
