Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to the assigned student throughout the school day, adapting to their specific needs and learning style.

  • Encourage the student's independence and self-esteem through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of the student's progress, achievements, and any concerns, and regularly communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Commute to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire full time.

Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
