As a Wellbeing and Learning Practitioner, you will help pupils develop academic, social, and emotional skills, while providing care, guidance, and structured support throughout the school day. Skills and Requirements Experience supporting children with SEMH, complex learning needs, or disrupted educational experiences. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable Knowledge of strategies for promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive behaviour. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children. Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, and parents. Willingness to undertake training and professional development as required. Ability to work with primary and secondary-aged pupils.
