We are currently supporting an SEN School near Ely, Cambridgeshire who cater for learners with Moderate learning difficulties (MLD), Specific learning difficulties (SLD and/or Autism, all of whom have EHCPs and require highly personalised, structured, and compassionate support. We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with strong SEN expertise to provide PPA cover across the school. This is a role that requires confidence, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to plan and deliver meaningful learning for pupils working significantly below age‑related expectations.
